1. Digital Product Nature – No Physical Returns

All our products are digitally delivered and non-returnable. Once a project file, documentation, or research paper has been delivered via email or download link, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project is delivered. Digital content, once accessed, cannot be “unseen” or “unused,” which makes refund processing impractical and unfair to our developers.

3. Exceptions (Extremely Limited)

In rare and exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered if:
  • * You were charged twice for the same product.
  • * You did not receive the product within 24 hours of purchase and our support team fails to respond.
  • > Important: Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and will be subject to internal review and approval.

4. Modification or Replacement

If there’s a technical issue or if the files are corrupted/incomplete, we will re-send or replace the files after verification at no additional cost.
