If you purchase a project from us, you must raise and clarify **all doubts within 48 hours** of delivery. Post this period, we may not guarantee dedicated support or clarification on project content unless you opt for additional support services.

2. Usage and Distribution

You are not allowed to resell, share, or distribute any project, documentation, or material purchased from us to third parties.
> Exception: Sharing with your academic project team members is permitted.

3. Delivery & Ownership

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the project for academic or personal learning purposes only. The ownership of the project code and material remains with Vatashayan Technologies.

4. Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. For delivered projects, any changes or customizations after delivery will incur additional charges.

5. Academic Responsibility

While we provide projects intended to support academic success, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your institution’s policies regarding plagiarism, originality, and submission.
6. Breach of Terms
Any violation of these terms may result in:

  • * Legal action for unauthorized redistribution,
